I'm after a basic FTP client, with a pre-defined list of sites that can be connected to. FileZilla would be perfect except that the site manager is always local to the workstation as far as I can tell, so if the list changes it has to change on every workstation. Any ideas?

Put it on a shared drive that all the workstations can access, then if anyone updates it the rest should see the updates straight away?
You'd have to test this obviously but it's made for use on USB drives so I'd expect it to work.

We use WinSCP & then push the client configuration (can be a registry key or an ini file) down via group policy.

The pay for version(s) can be connected to SQL/MySQL.
In fact it has a Filezilla add-on which may well work with the SQL/MySQL sync.
