Centrino - Any good ?

I got this Centrino here and i didnt know what to do with it ? Are they good for anything specific ? Im not very good when it comes to CPU's so not sure if its worth keeping or not. I think its the 2.13 GHZ one.

They run cool so are they good for a media centre pc ?

Or should i just sell it and buy a new gadget for myself?

Sorry its an Intel Centrino (which i guess is the same as Pentium Mobile).

2.13 GHZ
2MB Cache
533 FSB

Do you guys thinks this CPU would be faster for gaming than an AMD64 3500 2.2ghz? This is what i am currently using. I will more than likely sell the Intel though.
