Front Squats
20kg x some
30kg x 5
40kg x 4
37.5kg x 5 x 4

BORs
20kg x 5
30kg x 5 x 5

Conclusions: Lost a bit of strength, hopefully it comes back quickly!

Conclusions: Maybe could have pushed myself more on deads. Going hiking in 3 days so RIP progress.
