Just wondered if anyone has a set, or could spec me a set that is not going to be hundreds of pounds but is still worth having.
I do a lot of Thai, Japanese and Chinese style cooking were things need to be sliced very finely, especially fish for sushi.
Any advice would be helpful.
P.S I have decent knives with a decent sharpener but heard ceramic is like using a razor blade.
