Has anyone else used these?

I purchased 6 whilst in France, paid about £80 quid.

They are simply amazing, better than any conventional knife I have used, ultra sharp.

Don't require sharpening but they cannot be used for cutting through bone, not that ive ever had to...

Ceramic knives most certainly do need sharpening, all knives need a sharpen every now and then, and they're a bugger to sharpen.
Plus you're stuck with the manufacturer edge, they're poor for weight distribution.

And they're generally poor for butchery, try cutting through bone with a ceramic chefs knife and see how far you get.

I made it quite clear as do the manufacturers that they are not intended for use on bone.
