I spent ages clocking the core/mem/voltage of my ATI x1900xtx, testing for arctices then running through 3dmark.

I would then restart my machine, load up the 'clock' i had set, something like 610/780 and my PC would freeze or monitor would switch off.

After time, i could work up the settings again starting at poor mhz times.

But why is this happening, the graphics temp was normal.

Any ideas? Kind of wasting my time trying to get a good clock on it.

I have set the voltage to 1.3, how higher can I go safely?
Not sure with graphic cards, but I've always been lead to believe that they can't as much hammering as a CPU usually can.

What's the stock (before you increased it) voltage, BTW?

So can anyoen suggest what I should ammend the voltages to above?

I only went by the X1900XTX overclocking guide, and that was ammending the top voltage to 1.3v
