I had a load of old PC games and console games I didnt play anymore. Most of the PC Games I now have on Steam and all of them apart from one could be sold on second hand as they didnt have one-time activation serials. You can check on their website, search for the game and if it has an (S) after the title then it cannot be traded in as this means it must be Sealed.
I was pleasantly suprised when I traded them all in at my local Cex for a credit voucher as you get more value with a credit voucher than you do cash.
You can use your voucher instore or buy games online and then post off your credit voucher with a copy of your dispatch email and they refund your card. I ordered a bunch of Steamworks games from their website and had my card refunded with the credit voucher. Well pleased. All games arrived sealed and activated fine.
Word of advice though, dont 100% trust their store stock levels on their website, its not accurate, as I found out when I drove to a store to buy a game that was out of stock for mail order online.
Prices are quite good too, Saints Row The Third is £12 mail order and its a Steamworks game.
Just my mini review of Cex.
