Hi

Last week I sent my ps4 to Cex, my tracking shows that they received it last Friday but since then I haven't heard anything. Sent them an email no reply and there doesn't seem to be a contact number. Has anyone sent stuff to them and had to wait this long? Guess I should have taken to one of there shops rather than selling it to them via the website..

I sold a phone online, it took them about 2 weeks to process after they received it. Payment was received the day after they updated the status.

Ah that's reassuring then. Will give them until next Friday then.

They have just received my old PS4 and Xbox 360 today.

Says received and awaiting testing on my account page, so will let you know OP.

I sent mine via collect+ and it says they have it it since last Friday. My order status is "we are processing your order" which has been like that for a few days now.

Just checked on the website again, says awaiting test, at least they have it then that's good.
