Hmm i just thought, i have a antec 1200. and the psu is at the bottom like in the pic above. think i might get away with it on the asus card.
in the pic above is the psu upside down? so the fan is sucking air from inside the case and blowing out the back? if so then the fan from the psu probly works against the fan on the lower card so id keep em appart as much as possable, with my FD case the psu is at the bottom but mounted the right way up so it sucks in air from underneath and blows out the back, however.. my psu has a PWM fan and even with doing loads of benchtesting with this new rig over the last 2 months the psu has never had to turn its fan on
i know this cause the filters always clean (great psu imo) so if ur psu doesnt use its fan also then theres np
