Im looking at selling my Globalsat Sirf Star III GPS card (which works very well in my PDA) and buying a bluetooth one, primaraly as I can then install TomTom on my N95. This way, if im out and about without my PDA I can quickly use my mobile for navigation.

I dont really like the look of any other navigation app for the N95 and like the way tomtom works.

Whats everyones choices over cf vs bluetooth for GPS purposes? I would like to know your choices and why.

Thanks

DJMK4 :)

there is a hack for tom tom that the internal gps on a n95 can use it,, its still not as good as a bluetooth option but you can at least try it

as for your other q the newer bluetooth gps seem faster respond quicker in driving and are very good battery life (i use it paired with n95 or older 6680 i keep in glove box as it uses same battery so you can keep charge and one is allways fully charged)

i used a cf in older pda ipaq 3950 etc as soon as i moved over to 3970 or the 5550 then the dell axim i used bluetooth never looked back no real reason except i didnt like the adapter sticking out of pda and losing meme card slot i also got/used sd version and they were very flimsy.
