If anybody is considering buying a Pergear Type A Standard or otherwise, the manufacturer will add a 5-10% reduction in the price if you leave the item in the cart basket for 12 hours. Delivery is good at three days (from China). The standard variant says R 780mbs and W 780. I've currently had no issue with either quality or performance.

I am tempted to give it a try as solely using SD Cards as the moment but would like something a bit faster on the transfers. I wish Sony had gone Type B instead as they are much faster speeds and now a lot cheaper than the Type A cards.

So do I. Rumours suggest they could go CFExpress 4.0 Type A which will be backwards compatible. That being said they'll probably be more expensive:
