43, bloody hell. He was younger than me. WTF 2020.

Actor Chadwick Boseman, who played black icons Jackie Robinson and James Brown before finding fame as the regal Black Panther in the Marvel cinematic universe, has died of cancer. He was 43.

Boseman died at his home in the Los Angeles area with his wife and family by his side, his publicist Nicki Fioravante said. Boseman was diagnosed with colon cancer four years ago, his family said in a statement.

:(

I saw this when I woke up and I'm genuinly saddende by this. I watched Black Panther in the cinema and was totally encapsulated by his performance. Reading this on the news was actually heartbreaking. He was so gifted :(

The fact he sealed his role as Black Panther while going through this is nothing short of being super human, absolute legend.

If you haven't seen 21 bridges, I'd highly recomment it.

Genuinely shocked by this. I'm reminded of how I felt when Andy passed after series 1 of Spartacus.

Cancer is a Bitch.... 43 damn, could have been me :/

RIP

Certainly does make you think. :(

I remember pictures showing up earlier this year where he looked extremely thin and didn't look well. Very sad news. R.I.P.

Woke up earlier and saw this news. I only saw the film twice and thought he had a great future - 43 is no age to go man.

This is the first thing I saw this morning, I feel so sad.

I hate this year.

RIP Chadwick, what an amazing guy, he filmed through the last few years despite all this.

I'm so sad.
