Chair advice - looking for something comfy but without swivel.

Hi guys,

Bit of an odd one, I'm looking for a chair with recline function and lumbar support but need it to not have swivel or the ability to lock the swivel.

I suffer from severe vertigo and swivel chairs have been causing me to have episodes lately.

I tried a kneeling chair but that gave me knee pain.
