need a spec £300 ~~max £350~~

need everything including monitor, keyboard, mouse, and if you can headphone, but not necessarily

i know the budget becomes tight with a monitor
no way of getting more money

I know it's pretty difficult to have it under £300
I tried to convince him to raise its budget to £400 or go used and I am waiting for his replies
