So here it is, the Quarter finals. Arsenal are the sole representative team from England, how good does that sound! I remember the European nights we could chant 'There's only one team in Europe' against Torino etc. That was the Graham era, long ball football, urgh.

So tomorrow promises to be a great game with the return of one of Arsenal's greatest ever players of the modern era. I'd say top 5 of all time, Henry, Adams, Bergkamp, Wright all being above him. I'm sure he'll get a great ovation. He is a Legend.

Juventus are without Del Piero who was injured at the weekend, and Nedved. Whilst I'm disappointed that I won't see to of the best players of our generation, it can only be good news for Arsenal.

Arsenal have no more injuries as we didn't play at the weekend, with Reyes and Fat Sol fit again. I expect to see Reyes play but hopefully no fat Sol. I also hope Kolo doesn't get booked, that could really put as in the **** as he would be banned for the away leg. I also hope they don't sell out of programmes this time! Full team news to follow.

Come on the Gooners!!!

Should be a cracking game, if we can play like we played against Real Madrid then we have got a real good chance.

But even without Del Piero and Nedved it still doesnt disguise the likes Viera, Ibrahmovic, Trezeguet who pose a serious threat to our weakened defence and young players.

I think 1-1.

It's a damn shame Van Persie doesn't look likely to make the game, as I think we'd be much better off playing a 4-4-2, Reyes with Henry doesn't really work, and it's depressing how poor Dennis is these days.

Can't wait though. I'm almost more nervous about this than the Real match, because now all the focus is on us, and we've always stumbled at the QF stage. Just getting to the semis for once would make me happy enough. :D

I really hope that we can get to the semifinals this time. For once i'd like to see us have a real go. If we can beat Juventus (who I think are the second hardest team left), then i'm sure we can get to the final through inter or villareal.

I'm so looking forward to it, though tbh i'm not that optimistic. Real were crap, and this was known before we played them at the Bernabeau. Juve will be much much tougher and tbh I totally fear the Cesc and Gilberto will disappear, which means that our captain will remain anonymous! Hope I get proved wrong though :)

God I can't wait for tomorrow night.

I'm flying out of Dublin to Stansted at 1pm tomorrow so hopefully I'll have loads of time to soak up the athmosphere with a few pints before the match.

I have a good feeling about tomorrow night and I can see a 1-0 gunners win.

I imagine Paddy will get a great reception tomorrow

Just pretend your a Spurs fan they have no knowledge of what it's like to be in the Champions League so never look in these threads.

Stop tempting fate you ear'ole.

Tuesday, 28 March
Arsenal v Juventus, 1 - 0
Benfica v Barcelona, 0 - 2

Wednesday, 29 March
Inter Milan v Villarreal, 3 - 0
Lyon v AC Milan, 1 - 0

Should be a good match tomorrow night, although the non smoking policy during the match will be very, very difficult to stick to.

I'd rather read the thread than pretend to be a Spud;)
In all honesty I hope Arsenal do the business & sadly caught myself thinking 'that's handy' when I heard about del Piero & Nedved being out:)

:D Spurs won't get there, trust me, I'm never wrong....

Loads of people still smoke, the stewards very rarely do anything in the NBL, I've watched loads of people with bottles of beer too.

Ive heard on a few United boards that if Spurs dont get into the CL
Carricks off to Man Utd, done deal apparently just got to wait see if they make it
