How do i change the way my bios looks from this, to the one that is easier to navigate?

I have been trying to change the way my fans act under load but msi afterburner isnt applying the graph i set, for the speed% according to heat.

After many years experience I can conclusively say BIOS menus are designed to be hard to navigate. The options you want are either buried, or omitted completely.
If you want it to look different you just need to buy a different motherboard....

Is there a setting that says "performance" that could be telling your fans to run at max all the time?
I assume your fans aren't powered off molex and all go to 3 or 4 pin headers on the motherboard.

Not sure about that, but i have a gigabyte z170 board, and it looked like that in your photo, but when I flashed it to a newer bios version the look was changed quite a bit, and possibly more relevant to you, there is better fan customise options in the newer versions.

When I updated mine it also miraculously let me squeeze another 100mhz out of my overclock too.

I'd check to see what bios version your running, might well be worth updating it.

What board is it?

The board is a z170mx, after you saying you updated the bios, i looked on youtube and saw a vid about “how to update gigabyte boards” . Watched that and then updated mine through the gigabyte “@bios” app. This is how it looks now ...

This is classic mode.

That is the mode i was looking for in the first place, conveniently called easy.

I know the pics are a little blury too, had to send them back to myself through email on my phone to shrink them lol.

Edit : after being able to change the fan speeds i was able to force some bubbles out my loop by running them on full and with a bit of case tipping. Lost about half a CM in the res, maybe a little more. Still got some to do.
