Change control

I'm after some change control software with the following sort of criteria:

Basic
Customisable fields
preferably an interface that can be operated with just a keyboard
preferably MSSQL compliant

Can anyone recommend me anything of the sort? Everything i find is far too indepth for our needs and has far too much to it. I just need it to be short and simple so i can enter things as i go regarding group policy changes, server settings etc.

we've used gemini from countersoft in a development setting for change control for years. works great, and i think easily applicable to infrastruture change control.

Cheers, possibly a bit too in depth for our needs but i instantly noticed the "free for up to 3 users" and pounced on it, will give it a test and see if it does the job. There's only 3 of us that'd be using it so free = ideal
