I currently use this block on my Piledriver FX8350 CPU.

YOUR BASKET
1 x EK-Supreme LTX AMD - Acetal+Nickel CSQ - AMD Waterblock £34.99
Total : £38.90 (includes shipping : £3.26).

I am wondering if I can do better and I was looking at,

YOUR BASKET
1 x XSPC RayStorm CPU/APU WaterBlock (AMD) £51.98
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ - Acetal £49.99
Total : £111.58 (includes shipping : £8.00).

But all other block suggestions are welcomed. I have a D5 pump, a NB/chipset block with 360mm of radiator in the loop.

That piledriver runs real hot, doesn't it? I would get every 2-3 ºC advantage possible. Go with the EK Supremacy, you also get a tube of Gelid GC Extreme with it for free.

It is not uncomfortably hot, I have gone to summertime OC of 4.5GHz, but as you say every 2-3C is worthwhile. I have ordered the Supremacy so a Saturday rebuild beckons. Probably some case mods and a tidy up as well.

cheers, andy,
