Hi, I've just started using iPhoto 09 since I got my iPhone. Half of the pictures I've taken have the correct location attached to the pictures but there's a few that are scattered around but I can't see a way to merge the photos to all use the same data? Or just edit each file so it has the exact same coordinates?

Any help appreciated. :)

Select all the photos you want to group in one place, bring up the panel and overwrite the data with the new location. If you group edit them regardless of if they are all in different places it will save them in this new location.

Thanks for the reply, I understand I can group the photos and then change the location, but that seems to just give generic locations. So if I choose the area I was in, it drops the marker in the middle of the area.

Whereas the pictures originally had the location in my friends back garden but some are across town, so I wanted to use the same GeoData from the pictures in his garden for the whole set. But I can't work out how to get the data so they're all in the same place.
