change gtx 260 to 5770?

just thinking about changing my gtx 260 to a 5770 as there are a few good 5770 cards out such as:


new xfx 5770

shall i take the plunge and change to an ati and which of these two cards would you recomend?

By switching from a GTX260 you are gaining next to nothing, and even losing in some cases, in terms of performance but getting Dx11 (although this is the second-worst card for Dx11 games) and a quieter/cooler and more-power efficient card. It is probably advisable to sell the nVidia card while it's worth something but I wouldn't suggest hopping straight over to a HD5770 unless you were planning on Crossfiring it with another HD5770.
