change in voltage,overcloecked?

i brought this last week

i just turned it on and got a message (before windows started) saying something about voltage and over clocking and to press any key to continue. which i did then it was checking bios's and just restarted. what's going on?

should i be backing everything up and be preparing for a break down?

When you boot into windows check with cpu-z and see what your cpu is running at, at may of been a unstable overclock.
