Change info displayed in folder (win7) - jpegs

Anyone know how to customize the information displayed at the bottom of the window in windows 7 when a jpeg is highlighted?

im referring to this information -

I wanting to get the important camera settings displayed. So ideally id remove the camera model, rating etc, and have ISO, Exposure, F-Stop etc.

Drag the edge of the bar area upwards to expand it to display more fields. That's the main way really!

I don't think you can remove fields.
