change molex to 3 pin

is there anyway to change a molex plug to 3 pin ?
i will be getting fan controller and need to change molex to 3 pin or would it be better to just buy some new fans with 3 pin?
if so which fans would be best, its for case fan only and would like them to be pretty quiet.

that cable looks ok but im trying to eliminate all the cable in my case, is it easy to crimp myself, and would i buy from local electronic shop( name of which i cant mention!!)
