change overscan without ccc

As the title says can you change the overscan settings without installing CCC. I have the usuall black bars round my screen at 1080p. I know how to change using CCC but really dont want to install it

Hi there,

If your monitor or TV has scaling settings then if you set it to "just scan" or similar then it might sort it out.

If you can't do it via the display then you really need to install CCC, any reason why you don't want to install it?

I use radeon pro and msi afterburner to config my card. I have also just done a fresh install of windows and was going to try and run driver only with the two mentioned programs.

I might just need to bite the bullet and install it.
