Change PWM fan speed?

Hi,

I've replaced the back fan on my Antec 300 case with a Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan PLPS - 120mm PWM: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-032-NB There's isn't a control switch to set the speed - is this configurable? If not what decides the speed?

You should find options using ET6 on your desktop or Qfan settings in your bios.
