Change Serial Key Windows XP Service Pack 3?

Has anyone managed to change the Serial Key for a OEM Windows XP SP3 install to a VLK?

I have tried Magic Jelly Bean and a script from the MS KB but they do not work.

Im now repairing the install with the VLK CD which should hopefully do it.

Just looking for an easier way.

The nearest i have gotten to this was to alter the OEM disk so it thought it was a VLK install and thus accepted the VL key.

Thanks but I need to change it post install. It seems repairing the install will do it. I will just have to make sure I use the right disk/key in future.
