Change shop account email help

I submitted a support ticket 3 weeks ago asking for my shop email address to be changed as I no longer have access to the original.
I got a message saying it would be reviewed and aim to respond between 2-10 days. I've not had any further responses and I was looking to buy new pc parts during the sales.

It seems strange to me that I do not even have access to the ticket to even follow up for any updates and I would be grateful for any help any don etc could provide.

Can you not log in using your old email address and change it on the profile page?
 
I know they are currently rammed on the ticket front at the moment.

Their phone system was down for maintenance most of the week (came back Thursday )so everyone has been going through the ticket system.

I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks on for a refund but for some reason there is no sign on it and I've replied to my RMA ticket and also called Thursday.

Got told I would get the refund Friday morning and I still have received nothing, ill give them a call Monday and see how it pans out
