I submitted a support ticket 3 weeks ago asking for my shop email address to be changed as I no longer have access to the original.
I got a message saying it would be reviewed and aim to respond between 2-10 days. I've not had any further responses and I was looking to buy new pc parts during the sales.
It seems strange to me that I do not even have access to the ticket to even follow up for any updates and I would be grateful for any help any don etc could provide.
