Change the theme of the Android quick settings?

Using the quick settings panel to show what wifi networks are available, i'm unable to read the names of the networks. It appears they are in white text but the box is white too....

Can I change the theme on the quick settings panel?

Usually no, but it also depends on which Android phone you have, as each manufacturer have their own UI on top of regular Android, some enough to work differently from others.

Kind of fixed it.....

Went into settings, display & brightness, dark mode...

Now the white text has a dark background... But now I need to use dark mode, could be worse.
