Hi is it possible to change the voltage of my 7990 without using MSI afterburner, I always run a lower voltage but I have found that if I use afterburner I get some stuttering. I have tried with just the amd display driver without catalyst control center byt it's still the same.
 
I have just tried this, I uninstalled the driver and ran driver uninstaller, installed just the driver only, installed trixx and set everything up and then closed it and tried a few games and it runs perfectly. Thanks
