Changed 1080 to 1080TI , OC and usage issue

Hi guys how are you?

I had an 1080 SLi rig but i`m done with SLI, so many problems with games not optmized..... so i sold both cards and bought a 1080TI, this one:

Now the big issue that i never saw at my 1080`s

When the card reaches 99% usage the core clocks have a big drop no matter what temp

Example 60C 80% usage 2063 core / 60C 99% usage 2000 core...

How can i fix it?

I use here a [email protected] and a 2K PG278Q Gsync Monitor

Probably hitting the power limit.

Yep i think you are right

Any way to improve more than 120 the power limit or solve this another way?

One last question

The power limit reach is someway related to cpu? I only have a 4770k @4.6, is this an issue for the card reaching this power limit?

Nope it's the bios on the gpu.

Any place I can see if there is a new bios to my card?

Doesn't look like it. The Aorus version has 2 bios listed in the support section. The Gigabyte version has none.
