Changed Boot Drive Letter :(

I was trying to change the drive letter of my C drive in Windows XP using the following instructions:

Now my system gets to the part where it is about to log onto Windows and then it freezes. Safe Mode does the same thing...

What can I do?

I am now trying to reinstall Windows over the top, after the FIXBOOT and FIXMBR didn't work... but when it gets to installing devices, I get an error saying that there is no disk
