I've simply moved all my hardware from one case to another, with no other changes. Now the PC won't wake on the mouse as it used to. The PC definitely switches back on, but there is no signal to the monitor.

I'm assuming that a setting has changed, but I can find no answers in the Windows help. What on earth have I done?

Yes Robert. The PC boots up from off as normal, and everything works as it should. It's only that the wake function is not kicking in the graphics card. The MB is starting up fine and drawing its normal power. I think it's a setting in Vista, as opposed to a hardware issue.

Ensure something isn't shorting out on the case. It's easy for the backplate grounding strips to bend themselves into a USB port accidently when you slot in the mobo.

Wouldn't that affect the PC at all times Nathan? Not just on wake? It's only on wake from "sleep" that is affected

I've had a quick look though, and I can't see any tabs missing. Might be somewhere else though, which will mean stripping it down again. :(
