I have moved the guts:

5950X Tomahawk Max B450
16GB Patriot 3200 XMP Profile
3060TI FE
Latest Bios, latest chipset driver

This was in a 15 year old Case and 15 year old Antec 850W Truepower with no issues.

Now the PC restarts completely at random.
No blue screen/error message - just straight reboot. Sometimes days without it, sometimes twice in an hour.
I would say 90% of the time it happens on low load or idle.

So far I've tried - Memtest- all ok, temps all ok max 65C under load on the CPU. PbO on/ PBO off. XMP on/off. Power plan changes.
Event Viewer just gives me the general 41 Error

Any ideas what might be wrong given there was no issues when it was in the old case/psu?
Just wondering if I could have messed something up moving the stuff into the new case or if its just a matter of the new PSU being dodgy?

Could be a bunch of things.

Check all the cables are seated properly (at both ends).

Check all the stand offs are in place/nothing is grounding out.

Look for obvious damage that you may have missed.

I’d say do a full tear down and reassemble. Then after that u can start thinking about the PSU.

May be worth swapping the old one back in temporarily to see if the issue persists first.

Does this power deviation mean anything >

Fix seems to be a Vcore offset of +0.25. Not a single restart/crash for 3 days solid.

Looks like the 15 year old PSU Antec TruePower 850 handled the system better than this ThermalTake ToughPower GF1

I pretty much threw the kitchen sink at it, trying all suggestions found on the internet. Stripping and rebuilding the case made no difference.
