Basically, I have changed my internet provider yesterday and my internet doesn't work with my old router. Yet the internet works if i use the router they provided. :S

I want to use my old belkin N router rather than the D-Link G router.

Ive reset and unplugged it several times with both, and its only the D-link router that work.

I also doubt that my belkin is broke as it worked fine before the change in internet providers

you will have had a username/password sent to you in a letter, you need to log on to your "old" router and change them accordingly.

Who was your isp?

Some of them wont tell you the user name or password because they are built in to the router and that way you have to use theirs. That said there are usually ways around that.

Im pretty sure i didnt get a username and password.

Im now with talktalk and i was with tiscali

EDIT: found the username and password now....mom goes "is this what your looking for..."

SO how do i change the settings on my router?

You need the username and password for talktalk. There will be somewhere in the settings of the netgear router that you can put the username and password in. You might have to go through the manual.
