Changed motherboard, no display

What speed is the ram set to (if auto, what speed is it applying), is this on XMP? Boot with 1 stick, set to 3200, or maybe even dial it back to 3000(or further) and see if the system then posts properly with both modules.

Just using default, no xmp, so running at 2667mhz or something like the. Both sticks will run with xmp on,only one stick at a time, only in dimm3

I'll remove the cpu tonight & check, but I'm sure i checked yesterday, when I took everything out & all looked ok

Removed the cpu & no bent pins. Looks like it may be a motherboard issue after all. Updated to the latest bios as well. Im running out of things left to check

So here's what I've tried so far
Checked cpu, no bent pins.
No visable damage to the motherboard
Flashed bios to the newest version F14
Unplugged everything. Cleared cmos.
Pc will only post with ram in dimm3, both sticks work fine in that slot, but no others
Ram works fine with xmp on @ rated speeds. Tried booting @lower speed as well.
Installed windows, all seems okay, but can only use one stick of ram

Do you guys think it's a faulty motherboard?

Test outside the case, clear CMOS and start with one stick in the first slot, if you have a basic air cooler to hand, try that to.

All fixed folks, mobo was undervolting the ram by the looks of things, all running fine now.

Cheers for all the suggestions folks
