Changed my Outlook security email...

And now I can't use my email account for 1 month...

I did this because my old security email didn't exist. What a horrible mistake. What the actual **** is Microsoft thinking. They don't even let me access my e-mails....
If there is anyway to fix this, please tell me.

Well i don't know what you've done wrong but i can still get into mine just fine. try "yes this was me option", & then on the next screen skip everything & just hit next, as that takes me into hotmail.
