Changed Router now browsing is slow

Hi all,

Today I changed my DSL-2740R into bridge mode and used my AEBS to connect to my TalkTalk ADSL.

Since doing that browsing has gone really really slow, but I can download at 2mb/s.

I've tried different DNS servers but it has the same problem.

Am I missing anything obvious?
