Changed VRAM voltage in TRIXX?

Just got my HIS 7950 IceQ Boost and it is a beast. Got it to 1200 on the core and 1750 on the memory, but the memory artifacts at 100% load, but I know it would be stable if I could just bump up the voltage on the VRAM a bit.

Afterburner allows me to up the voltage, but caps the VRAM to 1575mhz. Thanks in advance.

They are beastly those IceQ's aren't they?:D

AB looks like it's applied the voltage but it doesn't if you check it with GPU-Z,
Trixx will let you apply voltage to the core, but not the vram(although I heard it's going to be enabled in the next version).

However, His iTool lets you do both core/vram voltage adjustment.

Just got my second one today. ;)

Thanks for the great info man, I think it was your comment that swayed me to get this rather than a 7970, I will also be getting another one before the end of this month, cannot wait, how is the performance on your two?

How's performance?

Well all I can say is that my 7970/50(50 only clocked to 1100MHz stable in CFx) CrossFire result of 12165 points in 3Dmark Firestrike has just been passed by my new setup and I am delighted:

SCORE
12489
Graphics Score 16220
Physics Score 11927
Combined Score 4705

1200/1500 with only +18mv on the vram, sure there's more to come.:D

Cant wait to get my second. Also, my ram is SO close to being stable at 7000mhz, but the HIS iTurbo doesn't let me overvolt the ram past 1.68, is there a BIOS flash or anything I can do to remedy this?

Don't know about a bios flash but there's a reason it won't let you go further on the vram clocking.

Vram is usually the first to pop on a gfx card, be careful, your a brave lad wanting to volt the vram so much, I never usually push hard, but you have got me thinking.

I will take your advice and leave it at 6900 or there abouts, still VERY happy with that OC.
