Changeing pdf background to white

If you open it with word you can play around with it, but it's not easy as it doesn't perfectly convert.

You'll have to delete the backgrounds then change the font to something readable.
 
Depends on why? If you just want the information, copy and paste and reformat.

If you want it in the original format, can you not screenshot each page and reverse the colours in an editor?

YEah just want to look at it off line. I've food allergies trying to work out if I can eat anything there. I'm possible going for a friends birthday !
