Certainly v. sneaky.  Granted, a Virgin Media letter (in advance) saying that my bill will go up by 50p - I can live with that.  However, with such a hike for Prime, even it if does package in extra services, I strongly feel that a consent box should be presented and ticked by the customer before the hike is implemented.
