I've gotten used to the STM time periods so I tend to download/stream video or any other bandwidth intensive stuff outside of these times. This past week though I'm finding myself in STM hell at all times of the day - it just kicked in right now so I felt compelled to share

I'm on the 2Mb (M) package now. It only seems to affect the download speed as it's halved at 1mbit but the upload can still hit the maximum 256Kb. Usually when it kicks in my upload goes down to 128Kb too.
Anyone else having similar issues?
