changin ssh connection time on iphone

Hi i am trying to connect to my jailbroken iphone 3g using winscp, i have installed openssh. when i try to connect sometimes it will work other times it will timeout. i think this is because it is set to 15secs on the connection time limit for SSH. i have seen elsewhere that you can download an app called "services" which enables you to change the connection timeout. The only app i can find that does this sort of thing is BossPrefs which i have installed but it only seems to be able for me to turn ssh on and off.

Anyone know of the app that will enable me to change the connection timeout for SSH?
