Changing an order that has been paid for?

Wasn't sure where to post this...

Specced an MATX build for my brother the other day, and he sent me a message on facebook last night saying he paid for it.

I made a small error, although I'm not sure he would be that bothered, but I linked him the i7 4970 (non-K) when I think he would have preferred the K version!

How easy is it to change this order? Assume it will be sent out today.

Throw a post in the customer service part of the forum.

Left a message there, although it's not ordered on my account so not sure how much they can help.

Call them, it'll be much easier for them to catch before it gets picked and packed.
