Has anyone managed it? like without changing the complete ROM which includes a different one. I've Rooted my Desire and can't manage it, tried pushing the files to the device, and tried doing it with Root Explorer, just doesn't work.
Root explorer accesses the folder and I delete the existing, and it's as if it doesn't delete it, and paste the new over it just doesn't change it.
Anyone had similar dealings?
The boot logo in question is this..
p.s. even downloaded 2 apps from the market which supposedly change the boot logo, both seem to go through the motions but don't change it.
