Changing bus interface

Hi all,

I ahev a small problem atm. I ahve 2 8800GTX's running in SLI no problems, but I have noticed that for some unknown reason the bus interface for them keeps changing speeds after reboots.

eg I can boot up one time at it will be running at 2 and 8 speeds, next time it may be 16 and 16, time after it will be 16 and 8.

Anyone know what is causing this and how to stop it from heppening?

Motherboard is Asus P5N-T Deluxe

What software are you using to check PCI-E speeds and which slots are the cards in?

Im checking speeds with GPU-z latest version.

Cards are in the top and bottom slow, middle slot is for card 3.
