changing default location of my documents

can anyone help me, I'm trying to find out how to change the default location of my documents(music, pics and all sub folders) to my other hard drive, is it possible?

i store everything on my second hard drive and it gets a bit annoying having to go to my computer each time, i could create shortcuts on my desktop but ideally i would like the links in the start menu to go to my other hard drive.

anyone have any ideas? thanks.
 
If you right click and goto Properties of "My Documents" on the desktop, you can point it to another folder/drive/server.
