Guys, I use an SSD as my main OS drive and install everything onto a secondary drive

but I want to keep this drive as neat as possible and everything is just installed into the main dir, along with a lot of other storage stuff i keep there, so I wanted to move all my installed games etc into a seperate folder "Installed Apps"

but what would i need to do, as ever time i go to open an application that was installed into the main dir it wouldnt be able to find it, correct? is there a way to quickly fix that problem, or just point it to the new directory when I try to open it?

Just change where the Start Menu etc entries point to. They're all just shortcuts so right-click > Properties and adjust the target path accordingly.

Though personally I dont see the point in having an SSD and avoiding putting anything on it. The whole point is to speed up your system - if all your apps and games are on a mechanical HDD you are wasting your SSD.

Most apps can't be easily moved. Best course of action would be uninstall - reinstall

As sirusb said, ssds come into their own when your commonly used apps are on them :)
