Hey Guys and Girls
My PSU fan is doing my head in. Basically, whenever I play a remotely graphical game for a long time such as Dragon Age, my PSU fan kicks in very loud. I believe it is the PSU fan being loud as when I check my GFX and CPU fans they are not spinning fast enough to warrent that much noise.
Is this a common thing with PSUs being noisy? Something I have never looked into before. If it is a common thing, does anyone know if its dangerous or whatnot to change the fan in a PSU, or shall I leave well enough alone?
Thanks
BTW My PSU is a ICute AP-700AS, it was bought because my old PSU blew and I couldnt wait 3-5days without a PSU. Its probably a really bad PSU. lol!
