Changing Forum Colour

Was a thread ages ago (which I can't find) that enabled you to chane the colour of the forums by changing certain CSS elements in a file.

What file was it?


I did it to another forum which has since changed software and now that forum looks weird

If you're talking about Firefox, then it'll be some rules added to your usercontent.css file in your Firefox profile folder (http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/edit#content) .
