At the moment, I have 4x2GB Ripjaw C8+C7 1.65v RAM which I have at 1600MHz 7-8-7-21 1T 1.5v.

I'm thinking I can get probably about £60+ for it, so make a ''profit'' of £20 or so. (Cost me £135 for them!)

I haven't oc'ed much, but I'm planning on pushing it in a month or so.

With the Kingston 2x4GB RAM on offer for the weekend, do you think it's worth changing RAM so that I only have 2 sticks for better stability for when I oc?

Or keep with the Ripjaws, because they can apparently oc quite well but I'm not sure if 4 sticks will limit me.

So which one will be better for oc'ing and performance?

I did the same thing last week. Currently got a 2600k/4x2gb xms3 and swapped out the mem for 2x4gb vengence. Didn't seem to improve my oc so returned the vengence.

Am considering buying the kingston for a future build thou considering I keep seeing reports of mem going up.

So basically I shouldn't see any difference if I swap it.
Just means I have room to upgrade if need be, and get a bit of money selling the Ripjaws.
